Raphaël Guerreiro equalised in the 31st minute. Nicolas Jackson put Bayern ahead two minutes later. Alphonso Davies added a third goal in the 37th minute. The hosts turned the match around within six minutes.
Harry Kane, the England striker, came off the bench and scored in the 52nd minute for his 32nd Bundesliga goal of the season. Bayern led 4-1. Chema Andrés pulled one back for Stuttgart in the 88th minute, but the result stood. Bayern Munich won 4-2.
The victory gave Bayern Munich an unassailable lead with four matches left. The club lifted its 35th Bundesliga title and its 13th in the last 14 seasons. Coach Vincent Kompany guided the team to the crown in his first full campaign.
