A Nigerian nurse identified as Mr. Tolu, who is based in the United Kingdom, has been arrested following allegations of rape levelled against him by his British partner.
According to an account shared by a Nigerian lady, the arrest followed a series of disagreements between the couple. She narrated that their relationship began to deteriorate after repeated arguments, including one sparked while watching a Nigerian film. The woman allegedly made disparaging comments about Nigerians, which Tolu corrected.
Friends of the nurse reportedly advised him to end the relationship after further disputes, warning that the situation could escalate. Eventually, Tolu decided to part ways with his partner despite already having a child with her.
The lady claimed that after he officially became a nurse and purchased a house in the UK, tensions resurfaced, leading to the allegation of rape. The case has since been taken up by British Authorities
