Manchester City Beat Liverpool 4-0 In FA Cup Quarter-finals

Manchester City defeated Liverpool 4-0 in the FA Cup quarter-finals. The match took place at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday. Forward Erling Haaland scored three goals to lead the victory.

Winger Antoine Semenyo made it 3-0 shortly after the break. He finished calmly in the 50th minute. Additionally, Haaland completed his hat-trick in the 57th minute with a powerful strike.

Liverpool pushed forward in search of goals. However, forward Mohamed Salah saw his penalty saved by goalkeeper James Trafford. The visitors created few clear chances throughout the game.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola praised his team. He said the players showed great intensity and executed the plan perfectly. Liverpool manager Arne Slot admitted his side fell short. He stated City proved too strong on the day and his team must improve.
