Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has reacted after a Lagos State High Court issued an interim order restraining her from publishing or circulating photographs of Priscilla Ojo’s one-year-old son, Rakeem Mkambala, on social media.
Anjorin addressed the development during an Instagram Live session on Friday, where she mocked veteran actress Iyabo Ojo, Priscilla’s mother, over her decision to publicise the court order online.
The development comes amid a long-running public dispute between Anjorin and members of the Ojo family, which has repeatedly spilled onto social media.
The High Court of Lagos State granted the interim order on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, following an application filed by Priscilla Ojo Mkambala, her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Mussa Mkambala, and their son, Rakeem. The case is marked Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026 and was heard before Justice Yetunde Adesanya at the Lagos Judicial Division.
According to the court document, Anjorin was restrained from “publishing, posting, circulating, uploading and broadcasting” photographs of Rakeem across specified social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok.
The court also directed Anjorin and anyone acting under her authority to cease publishing or broadcasting editorials concerning the applicants on the platforms covered by the order.
Priscilla subsequently shared a certified true copy of the order on her Instagram Story on Friday, bringing the court action into public attention.
The order was granted ex parte, meaning the application was considered at that stage without Anjorin being present or heard. It is an interim measure and does not amount to a final determination of the substantive dispute. The matter remains pending further proceedings.
The latest development follows months of renewed tension between Anjorin and the Ojo family. The dispute has previously included a ₦1 billion defamation suit filed by Iyabo Ojo against Anjorin.
Anjorin has also made public claims concerning Rakeem’s parentage. Those claims have not been independently verified and are not established by the latest court order.
Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala was born in Canada in August 2025 to Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux. He turned one on August 24, 2026.
Anjorin’s latest reaction has added another chapter to the highly publicised dispute, with the court now placing temporary restrictions on her social media activity concerning the family.
